My ISP is TFN Taiwan Fixed Network.Whe I try to "apt-get update" using the sources.list of Ubuntu-tw and then it always showed me "connection refused". Is that my ISP problem or not?

為提供更穩定更快的服務品質, Ubuntu@TW 的正式官方 APT 站台 apt.ubuntu.org.tw 正在進行以下系統更新: 1. 增加硬碟空間 2. 移至 2GB 的頻寬網段. 因為換線路換機房換 ip, 要等 dns cache 更新, 所以最近兩三天將無法連上, 還請多包函.

apt.ubtw 這幾天都在線上正常運作中, 請再試一次, 若還是連不到則請更新 dns cache.
ping 封包已全數被 firewall 檔掉避免攻擊, 所以 ping 不到為正常現象
