1. 原來驅動改爲 rt2X00
Ralink chipsets (RT2760/RT2790/RT2860/RT2890, RT3090/RT3091/RT3092)
If you're having problems with the following Ralink chipsets: RT2760/RT2790/RT2860/RT2890, RT3090/RT3091/RT3092, that were previously using the rt2860sta driver, and now use the rt2X00 ones, and have already installed/compiled driver from RaLink, you should first check which rt* modules are loaded

2. lsmod
沒載入 rt2X00

3. 有 rt2X00 驅動模組

sudo modprobe -l | grep rt
kernel/drivers/net/wireless/rt2x00/rt2x00lib.ko
kernel/drivers/net/wireless/rt2x00/rt2x00pci.ko
kernel/drivers/net/wireless/rt2x00/rt2x00usb.ko

4. 但是被阻擋了 沒載入

另外我在 /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf
#Balcklist RaLink drivers
blacklist rt2x00pci
blacklist rt2x00lib
blacklist rt2x00usb

5. 把 rt2x00pci rt2x00lib rt2x00usb
從 blacklist 剔除
重開機
lsmod | grep rt2x00
看看有沒有載入

原來是識別為rt2800pci之前一直是rt2860sta 難怪一直兜不起來！

It’s Official: The Ubuntu LiveCD is Dead
這是 Ubuntu 官方消息
自 Ubuntu 12.10 開始 ISO 檔將達到 800 MB 以上
所以 以後 不能燒錄在 Live CD 上了
必須
1. 燒錄在 Live DVD
2. 燒錄在 Live USB
3. 直接掛載在 硬碟或虛擬裝置上

後 從終端機 執行
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:kubuntu-ppa/backports
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install kubuntu-desktop

登出再登入: 選擇 KDE Plasma Workspace

移除
建議: 最好 登出 KDE Plasma Workspace 再登入 unity 後 從終端機 執行
sudo apt-get install -y ppa-purge

下載 Ubuntu Secure Remix

最近因為在追求筆電的輕量化桌面,所以重新安裝了lubuntu12.04,果然如我預期的再度的遇到無線網路的問題(rt3090)無法驅動
再度拜托google大神想不到這次居然很順利的就安裝起來！
1 先下載需要編譯的檔案 compat-wireless-3.5.4-1-snpc
http://wireless.kernel.org/en/users/Download/stable/#compat-wireless_3.5_stable_releases
2 安裝所需的程式
sudo apt-get install linux-headers-$(uname -r) build-essential
3 解壓縮下載的檔案
tar jvxf compat-wireless-3.5.4-1-snpc.tar.bz2
4 切換到目錄底下
cd compat-wireless-3.5.4-1-snpc
5 執行
./scripts/driver-select rt2x00
6 編譯
make
7 安裝
sudo make install
完成後重開機無線網卡就工作了

這裏 有網友 把 Ubuntu 12.04 的 desktop ISO 重新打包
去掉 generic-pae 核心 用 generic (即 non-ape) 核心 取代
可以直接 燒錄 Live CD 或 Live USB
用來安裝在 不支援 pae 的 CPU 及 主機板
