My ubuntu version is 5.04, I had used apt to upgrade some apps/libs.

Now the problem is that I want to install scim or upgrade gcin. I always got this messages:
Depends: libc6 (>=2.3.2.ds1-21) but 2.3.2.ds1-20ubuntu13 is to be installed

I checked my libc6 is 2.3.2.ds1-20ubuntu13. And I cannot found libc6 2.3.2.ds1-21 from my apt list.

So, What can I do?

PS Some said it could be "downgrade". I don't know how to do so...kukulcan.tw@gmail.com

I found out that in my apt resp list, there are two site provide scim. One is on ubuntu site, another is apt.debian.org.tw. ubuntu provide scim 1.0.2-2 , apt.debian provide 1.2.x.

Of course scim 1.2.x cannot be install on ubuntu 5.04. So I just install scim 1.0.2-2....
