Message Signaled Interrupts, in PCI 2.2 and later in PCI Express, are an alternative in-band method of signalling an interrupt.
While PCI Express does not have separate interrupt pins, it has special in-band messages to allow it to emulate a pin assertion or deassertion. Message Signaled Interrupts allow the device to write a small amount of data to a special memory-mapped I/O address. The chipset will deliver the corresponding interrupt to a processor.
讓我想起 在 #55 曾經提到 你的 主機板 使用說明書 提到 :
*1-1: The PCIe x1 slots share the bandwidth with the PCIe x16_2 slot.
跟上面文章的敘述 是否相近 ?

謝謝兩位的回覆

其實有找相關IRQ的內容，不過距離上次在LINUX手動指定IRQ的時候已經是將近6年前的事情了

之前傳統的方式已經沒有用，上面MSI跟APIC等字眼也有在/proc/interrput看到，不過實在沒有時間詳細研究去看

另外已經順利運行快要一周了，還是非常完美穩定的工作著


畢竟這張2千不到的主機板...，其實我沒有安裝過WINDOWS
這張板子打從裝機之後跑的都是LINUX

朋友就說搞不好這種低階消費型主機板根本連LINUX相容性測試都沒做就MP發售了

不過也學個經驗，以後介面卡若有奇怪問題發生還是看看IRQ比較保險
