catalyst 13.1 driver AMD Catalyst(TM) Proprietary Driver-8.97.100.7 1. 把 universe 加入 軟體來源 2. sudo apt-get update 3. sudo apt-get install jockey-common 4. sudo jockey-text -l # l 是 L 的小寫 把結果 copy 貼上來 5. 你要安裝新的 顯卡驅動 可能需要先把已安裝驅動移除 上面 1~4 目的就是要查出你已安裝的顯卡驅動 (需要先移除)

Jockey就是那個additional drivers對吧？
我起先沒有說清楚，我是一直都是使用開源驅動，因為fglrx我在Ubuntu 12.04、13.04，Mint 15都無法安裝，原因就是jockey裡面都是空白的，只好選擇由AMD官方下載。 剛剛在等待的時間又找了Mint 13來試，居然Mint 13的jockey裡面有驅動可以選擇，且安裝成功。 Mint 13 跟 Ubuntu 12.04 版本應該一樣，難道桌面管理工具不同，就會有這樣的差異？但是Mint 15卻又變成沒有閉源驅動可以選擇，太詭異了！

最愛是菲 寫到： http://wiki.cchtml.com/index.php/Main_Page http://wiki.cchtml.com/index.php/Ubuntu 第一行是各個發行版的連結頁面 第二行是Ubuntu安裝ATI驅動的方法，請選擇需要的版本，僅供參考 jockey只是個方便的介面而已，非必要 從前從前，我的安裝方法只有(安裝顯示卡驅動最好是先備份係統) sudo sh ./*.run(會出現選項，按需要選擇) sudo aticonfig --overlay-type=Xv sudo aticonfig --initial -f 重開機(當初用10.04的做法)

ATI Radeon 4670 1. Jockey 適用於 Ubuntu 12.04 / Mint 13 以前的 nVidia / ATI / AMD 顯卡 的 私有閉源驅動 及 一些無線網卡 但是 可能有少數不成功 的案例 所以自 Ubuntu 12.10 / Mint 14 以後 改爲 選裝 (universe) 2. 軟體來源 / 額外驅動程式 適用於 Ubuntu 12.10 / Mint 14 以後 Intel / nVidia / ATI / AMD 顯卡 及 其它裝置 包含項目較多 成功比率較高 3. 如果你會擷圖 也可以擷圖 貼上來

nana 寫到： 是的，幾個禮拜之前剛回鍋重新接觸Ubuntu的時候，有照這個流程作，不過每次都是安裝成功，aticonfig --initial，reboot後解析度就整個跑掉，登入後才知道根本沒抓到顯示卡。 現在進度最好的是Mint 13，jockey能夠直接且正確安裝好閉源驅動。

poloshiao 寫到： 嗯，是的，就與您說的一樣，後來新的版本我曾手動安裝過，不過就是都空白。如圖：（目前硬碟只有Mint 15）  補一張Mint 13的jockey  目前除了Mint 13的jockey能夠抓到顯卡外，另一個就是Mint 15 KDE。 回到最初那個問題，從AMD官方下載回來的驅動包，他的清單裡面沒有Ubuntu/raring的話，是不是就表示這個包無法在raring這個版本安裝？ ------------------------------------------------------------------- 想安裝閉源驅動其實不是為了效能而是為了溫度，開源驅動讓我的顯卡都在70幾度上下運作，快熱暈了…
